We brought in a bunch of the premie outfits that we have (which were all so graciously given to us) so that we could dress Monique in some of her own clothes. In the process of changing her diaper she ended up adding to the mix when the new diaper wasn't on and got some on the outfit she was wearing. A perfect time to change her outfit to one of the new ones. Of course there's a twist to this...Monique had apparently been working on the PICC line that was in her left arm for a while now, because it came off when her shirt was being changed. PICC lines have just not been her thing! The PICC line was still being used to suppliment her feedings and for giving her antibiotics. They decided to increase her feedings at a faster rate to compensate and since she only had one more dose of anitbiotics they choose to skip it (since breaking her skin would present a greater chance of giving her an infection, then the harm of not using the last does of antibiotics).
