The surgeon was able to help and Bob established the PICC line today and things are looking good. Monique had some more bradycardia alarms (6 this morning, though only a cautionary one while we were there) and the staff wasn't too alarmed by them. Additionally, since the PICC line is in they removed her other IVs. In the last x-ray Bob saw some small amount of water in her lungs (again, nothing alarming, just another symptom) and thought that might be the cause of some of the alarms they have been seeing, so she was given a drug today to help reduce that. Tonight she's back to eating mother's milk.
They also increased her caffiene dosage to hopefully decrease her alarms.
