Um...Hi!? Is this on? Oh, sorry...Ahem!

So we've had a lot going on since February, so here's the low down (in no particular order). The Yager's came down for a weekend. Amy's Mom and sister came down for Memorial Day weekend. David's parents came down for a day. We went up to VT for a weekend for a friend's bridal shower. Finally, a friend from Texas came up for a friend's graduation and another friend (the one from the bridal shower for those keeping score at home) came down for a quick visit before going on a two day walk for cancer. (Nooo, you silly people she was not trying to get cancer...geesh!)

David's been spending the last couple weekends working on assembling a play set for Monique - it's mostly together and can be played on, but the swings still need to be attached. That's scheduled for this weekend so that it will be all together for - dun, dun, dunnnn - the KID INVASION!!! (Anyone else hearing that dramatic music?

The weekend of the 14th we're having friends who are being widowed to a really long (40 hour - Amy thinks 60 hours, regardless it's looong) adventure race that their husbands are participating in coming down with their kids to hang out. Hopefully the weather is nice that they'll be able to get out and make use of the set.

Amy joined a group in the area called Mother's & More. So far she's only been to three events, but she's enjoying the people she's met.

David is trying to train for an adventure race in August, but is trying to be sneaky about it. So far it has consisted of a little bit of ultimate frisbee and fair amount of basketball. Amy just convinced him to go for a bike ride tonight which hopefully will get him doing that more - nobody wants saddle soars during a race.
