Well it looks like we might be getting settled. Most of the boxes are cleared away and we've got most of the rooms looking organized except for the basement and the garage. There's still plenty of things that we want to do, but a lot of it involves buying things to help us organize the house and right now we're going to slow things down for a bit to let Dave start getting a paycheck - looking forward to this weekend :).

Monique has been extremely happy with her new school and seems to be really enjoying herself. She's getting so good with conversational skills that she's starting to quiz us on the colors of things. (Today she asked David what color Chick and The King were. For those of you without kids or a kid-like nature that's from the movie Cars.)

This weekend was a busy one with Amy's family (her Mom, Aunt and cousin) coming into town to hang out with us. They spent Friday in Boston, Saturday we drove to Martha's Vineyard and then they went home Sunday. Sunday afternoon we drove up to celebrate our friend Mark's birthday with the bonus of seeing their newborn.

This coming weekend some friends from VT are making the trip down and we're going to spend time with them Saturday doing some touristy stuff.
