So we went down to Massachusetts again this weekend, with Monique this time. We drove down Friday night so we could take it easy Saturday morning and met up with our real estate agent in the afternoon. We made it out to 5 places and found another place that we were interested in.

We were thinking we might hang around until Sunday to talk to our agent in the afternoon, ideally after the storm settled, but Amy took at look at the weather online and we realized the storm wasn't going to settle. So we ate dinner, checked out of our hotel, and jumped in the car to ride home. We made it in around 11:00 pm, just before the storm so we were able to spend Sunday shoveling instead of trying to drive through it.

After talking through it a bit on Sunday we realized that as much as the Meeting House Lane condos look really nice, but they are really expensive and it is just impractical for us to go that route - even if the builder is willing to make a deal. The biggest hang up to the house we looked at this weekend is that the master bed room is narrow (and we've gotten used to the size of the one we have here), but otherwise it has the extra rooms we want for an office and putting my music stuff in. So...we decided to make an offer on it. We'll let you know how that plays out, but we just spent the evening signing papers and faxing them back to our agent. Oh the joys...
