So here's a July recap!

Amy's Mom was in town for the week of July 4th and with daycare closed she babysat Monique for the week and was able to get some quality time in. Amy took Thursday and Friday off so that the they could get out of the house and hang out. David's major impact during Debbie's visit was to try running her over with the car at the airport while dropping her off. David says he was "tired". Fortunately it only ended in a bruised ankle and very abashed David.

Janice - who has roomed with us before - has made a return after spending some time in Maryland. She's now plotting her next plan, which I don't believe any of us have a clue about what it is (including her) just that it will be cool! :)

Unfortunately we also had to say good-bye to Cara as we found her body a week ago today. We don't know what happened to her, but we are now without cats. David still misses having to shoo her out from in front of his car whenever he drove into the driveway at night. She was also popular for cuddling with us when we watched movies downstairs. We had difficulties uploading some pictures of her, but we should be able to do that tomorrow.

On a more positive note Monique started her swim lessons today. They are for 30 minutes Monday through Friday for two weeks. She and Sam taking them together and generally enjoyed the day after they settled into the water.
