Fifth doctor's appointment while pregnant

Our fifth appointment with the doctor. We are 24 weeks and 5 days along. I gained 7 pounds since my last appointment for a total of ... still not telling :) Doctor says my overall weight gain is still good, but I did gain a little too much this past month. I was checked for diabetes and amazingly enough, I passed, even with my sweet tooth! I measured fine this time. My uterus is about where it is suppose to be. I do have very slight swelling in my hands and feet so the nurse suggested I watch my salt intake (and processed foods). No ultrasound this visit, so the baby's sex is still a surprise. Baby's heartbeat is strong and healthy. Both mom and baby are doing great and I am feeling the baby move all the time now!
